BBQ T-Bone Steak with Cream of

Lucia Goat Cheese!

 

Ingredients and procedure:


What is promised is due, here is the recipe for Lucia's Goat Cheese from the BBQ series! In collaboration with @caborojosteaks this exquisite T-Bone accompanied by sautéed potatoes with rosemary and a cream with Lucía Goat Cheese and roasted peppers.

Potato ingredients with herbs and beer:

3 oz olive oil
4 potatoes
Rosemary
Oregano
1 beer
1 clove garlic
Sea salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 white onion
1 red bell peppers

Cut the potatoes into slices and in a hot pan pour the olive oil, garlic and add the potatoes to seal them. Sauté the potatoes for two minutes, then add beer, rosemary, oregano and cover for 10-15 minutes. Finally add onion and peppers when the liquid has completely dried.

Ingredients of cream of peppers and goat cheese:

Onion
Peppers of preference
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Lucia Goat Cheese

In a frying pan, fry the butter, onion and pepper after they are translucent, remove the pan from the heat and outside add the goat cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
